
09 May Emily Graham Joins Qmetis as Manager of Customer Care and Operations

New York, New York – Qmetis, Inc., a healthcare technology that builds clinical decision-support tools based on the science of evidence-based medicine, announced today that Emily Graham has joined its New York based team as Manager of Customer Care and Operations.
Emily comes to Qmetis after working in the Office of the Patient Experience at UCLA Health, where she served as a patient liaison between patient families and surgical staff. Combined with her experience in hospital administration and patient affairs, Emily also brings a comprehensive public health perspective as she completes her Master’s in Public Health at New York University. In her new role, Emily will help to accelerate progress towards Qmetis’s short and long-term objectives.
As Manager of Customer Care and Operations, Emily will work closely with the Qmetis team to manage communications with new user hospitals, facilitate customer feedback, and assist with new product development.
